Corporate Admin Onboarding Guide
Welcome to Closed Loop by Micro-Pak®
This guide will help you activate your account, set up billing and payment, and offer an overview of your Dashboard so you can start recycling with confidence.
For the best experience, we recommend setting up your account on a desktop or laptop rather than a mobile device.
1. Activate Your Account
You’ll receive an email invitation to join Closed Loop.
Open the email and click Accept Invite.
Set your password and add your name.
Moving forward, you can log in at app.micropakclosedloop.com. Once you’re signed in, you’ll have secure access to your company’s Dashboard.
2. Billing and Payment
After activating your account, you’ll choose how your company is billed. This choice is set at the corporate level and applies to all stores.
Corporate Billing: One monthly invoice for all stores with a 15% discount (the next screen will prompt you to add a payment method.)
Store-Level Billing: Each store pays for its own subscription (and adds a payment method on first login.)
Important: Your billing choice is tied to your subscription and changing it later can cause disruption to service.
3. Dashboard Overview
Your Dashboard is the hub for everything in Closed Loop.
Dashboard: View key metrics including total Collection Boxes recycled, total weight, status distribution, weight over time, and store performance.
Regions: Group stores under a regional manager.
Stores: Manage each individual store and its data.
History: Review completed recycling activity.
Users: Add and manage team members and track invitation status.
Settings: Update preferences and company configurations.
Support: Access tutorials and help resources.
4. Add Users, Stores, and Regions
Next, set up your company structure.
Users: Add team members first. Each person you add will automatically get an email invitation to join. You can see if they’ve accepted on the Users page.
Stores: Add each store and assign a Store Leader.
Regions: If you have multiple regions, create them and assign Regional Managers.
Tip: Adding Users first makes it easier to assign leaders when you add Stores and Regions.
Next Steps
Once your users have accepted their invitations and your stores and regions are set up, Store Leaders can choose a Collection Box subscription amount on their first login. From there, Collection Boxes will automatically be shipped to your store locations. You’ll have full visibility into progress across your entire company. Your Closed Loop Dashboard is built to be simple, powerful, and ready to grow with you.
